Paxful Cookie Policy

Last Updated: October 30, 2025

PXF Global Corp. d/b/a Paxful (also referred to as "Paxful," "we," "us," or "our") takes steps to protect your privacy. In this Cookie Policy ("Policy"), we describe what cookies are and our limited approach to handling them on our website, including but not limited to https://paxful.com/ (the "Website"), during our wind-down period.

Important Notice: Paxful Wind-Down

Paxful has discontinued all services, including trading, deposits, sending, receiving, and account functionality. The Services now consist solely of facilitating the withdrawal of remaining Digital Assets from your Paxful Account to an external wallet, subject to identity verification and compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations (as defined in our User Agreement). We strongly advise withdrawing all funds as soon as possible.

This Policy is designed to help you understand our cookie practices during this wind-down period. Our Service offerings are limited and do not vary by region.

For all purposes, the English language version of this Cookie Policy shall be the original, governing instrument. In the event of any conflict between the English language version and any subsequent translation into any other language, the English language version shall govern and control.

What Are Cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit that website. These cookies usually contain information about your visit to our Website, such as session identifiers or preferences.

How We Use Cookies

During the wind-down, we use cookies only for essential purposes to enable secure access to the Website and facilitate withdrawals. These include maintaining sessions, authenticating logins, and basic functionality for verification and support. We do not use cookies for marketing, analytics, advertising, surveys, newsletters, or tracking user behavior beyond what's necessary for security and compliance.

Unfortunately, in most cases, there are no industry-standard options for disabling essential cookies without completely disabling the functionality they add to the Website. We suggest that you leave cookies enabled if you need to access withdrawal features.

Disabling Cookies

You can disable cookies by adjusting the settings on your browser. Be aware that disabling cookies will affect the functionality of the Website, potentially preventing logins or withdrawal submissions. Therefore, we suggest that you do not disable cookies if you plan to use our limited Services.

The Cookies We Set

We use only essential and functional cookies during the wind-down. These are necessary for the Website to operate securely and support withdrawal processes.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are required for basic site functionality and security. They enable:

  • Secure login and session management to access your account for withdrawals.
  • Remembering your authentication status to prevent repeated logins during a session.

These cookies are typically removed or cleared when you log out or close your browser. Without them, you may not be able to access restricted features like account verification.

Functional Cookies

These cookies help us provide a better experience by remembering basic preferences, such as:

  • Language settings or time zone for consistent display during support interactions.
  • Form data retention for withdrawal requests or KYC submissions (e.g., to avoid re-entering details mid-process).

These are deleted when you log out or after a short period of inactivity.

We do not use third-party cookies for non-essential purposes like analytics, advertising, affiliates, order processing, surveys, or testing, as those features are discontinued.
