Paxful has transitioned to limited operations effective November 1, 2025. As outlined in our User Agreement, all trading, deposits, sending, receiving, and other account functionalities have been discontinued. Users may only withdraw remaining Digital Assets from their Paxful Account to an external wallet, subject to identity verification and compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations (including sanctions). This ensures a secure and lawful wind-down of services.
Paxful maintains a risk-based approach to compliance, prioritizing adherence to global laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and sanctions programs. In light of our limited services, we restrict access entirely in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive international sanctions to mitigate risks and protect users.
Due to U.S. and international sanctions (e.g., OFAC), Paxful does not permit any access or withdrawals in the following jurisdictions. Users located in or subject to the laws of these areas are prohibited from using our services:
This list is subject to change based on regulatory updates. If you believe you are affected, please contact Support for guidance.
Our focus remains on user security during this transition. Withdrawals are processed only after verification to prevent violations. We continuously monitor regulatory changes and encourage users to withdraw funds promptly to avoid potential dormancy fees or escheatment under applicable laws.
For questions about withdrawals or compliance, reach out to our 24/7 Support team via the FAQ page. We appreciate your understanding as we responsibly conclude operations.
