Since 2015, Paxful has connected over 14 million users across 140+ countries as the world's largest people-powered marketplace. We regret to inform our community that Paxful has shut down operations. This strategic decision follows the lasting impact of historic misconduct by former co-founders prior to 2023 and unsustainable costs from compliance remediation efforts.

Paxful is now offering a limited service for users to access existing accounts and withdraw any remaining digital assets. All other services, including buying, selling, and trading, have been discontinued. Accounts with balances are restricted to withdrawal-only mode, and ongoing monthly maintenance fees may apply until funds are withdrawn (waived for regulatory-restricted accounts). We are committed to helping eligible users securely reclaim their funds in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
